A few newsletters back, I spoke to you about the Math-U-See Digital Pack - if you missed that one and would like to hear the explanation you can always listen to, or read, any previously published newsletters as they are all there in the newsletter archives for you to access, today however I wanted to let you know about an additional matter which was not explained previously and that being that the Digital Pack, is precisely that, it is a digital product. What is happening it seems, is that some people are thinking that if they have purchased the physical Math-U-See DVD, or the physical instruction book, then that means they can have access to the digital pack, however this is not the case. If you think about it like this…..if you buy a physical book but you would also like the digital version of that book, for example the audiobook version, (which is a digital product), then having purchased the physical book does not automatically result in having the audiobook too. The same applies with regard to the physical Math-U-See books and the digital Math-U-See products. They are two separate things, therefor they are two separate purchases.
You probably guessed by now that I am explaining this due to us receiving more inquiries from parents regarding this and there seems to be some confusion and as you possibly also know, we do not like for people to have confusion or be upset if we can help them not to be….therefore I am giving this added explanation on this topic.
On the topic of helping you. Please also contact us if you are having any kind of struggle when on the Oikos site. We don’t want you to spend your precious time struggling with something that we could possibly help you with. Remember, we are here to help you. Last week I spoke with a mom who called to say she had been trying for a few days to place an order and was having difficulties. We worked out very quickly what her difficult was and she then managed to place her order there and then. She responded with, ‘ I feel like such a fool, and here I was getting cross with Oikos.’ So that is why I say, rather than you taking time and getting upset let us rather help you because the problem you having could be a gremlin on our side, or your side, but either way we will do all we can to help you so you can get on with your day and your learning lifestyle without having to spend time struggling with something which you perhaps don’t need to be struggling with.

So that is all for today….oh no, wait…..this seems to happen, the moment I’m about to say goodbye another thing pops to mind….this one it is to let you know that we are managing to keep the stock on the shelves, mostly…..but our import order is still missing, the order we placed in November 2022 and it was shipped from USA on the 5th January but it has as yet not arrived. We do follow it up every day and hope one day that it will arrive. Here’s hoping, we live in hope. You will certainly hear about it when it arrives….we will have to celebrate.
